About Individual Counselling
Individual Anger Management Counselling follows the same evidence-based principles as our group program while providing a highly personalized therapeutic experience.
Each counselling plan is tailored to the client’s unique anger triggers, relationship patterns, family dynamics, cultural background, life experiences, and personal goals. Compared with group counselling, individual sessions place greater emphasis on personalized assessment, case formulation, real-life incident review, individualized skill development, and long-term action planning.
