Sabrina is a bilingual (English/Mandarin) Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 14 years of experience in psychology counselling and psychotherapy. Her professional journey has taken her from Shanghai, China, to Toronto and Vancouver, Canada, providing her with a rich cross-cultural perspective and a deep understanding of the unique experiences of immigrants and individuals navigating multiple cultural identities.

Sabrina believes that every person possesses an innate capacity for healing and growth. She offers a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen their sense of self, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and experiential approaches, integrating attachment theory, neuroscience, and evidence-based psychotherapy to support meaningful and lasting change.

She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity concerns, grief, and emotional challenges. She has a particular interest in supporting Chinese immigrants, women, professionals, and individuals navigating cultural adaptation, family expectations, and intergenerational experiences.

Sabrina is LGBTQ+ affirmative, culturally responsive, and committed to providing inclusive care that honours each client’s unique background, values, and life story. She offers psychotherapy in both English and Mandarin.
