Anger Management Program

Everyone feels angry sometimes — it’s a natural emotion. But when anger becomes too strong or hard to control, it can hurt relationships, affect work, and impact overall well-being.

Our program offers supportive one-on-one sessions with professional counselors to help you recognize your anger triggers, express emotions in healthy ways, and improve communication skills. By learning practical strategies, you can strengthen relationships, reduce stress, and regain balance in your life.

If your participation is court-mandated, you will also receive a court-recognized certificate upon completion.

Program Overview

Take control of your emotions and transform the way you respond to life’s challenges with our Anger Management Program, led by senior therapist Lydia Yang.

Since 2014, Lydia has been delivering court-approved anger, stress management, and emotion regulation programs in federal and provincial facilities as well as in the community, combining deep theoretical knowledge with years of hands-on experience.

Our program helps you uncover the root causes of anger, understand its impact on your daily life, and master proven, practical strategies to respond more calmly and constructively.

You can choose from three program options — 5, 8, or 12 sessions — tailored to your personal needs, with each session lasting about one hour and offered either online or in person.

Fees range from CAD $150–$180 per hour for online sessions, with an additional CAD $30 per hour for in-person sessions.

Upon completion, you will not only gain powerful tools for managing emotions but also receive a court-recognized certificate if required.
